This is another wonderful book from a renown Yoko Saito and her store, Quilt Party.

Yoko Saito's reputation of the Japanese Taupe color theory's author continues with the added color. Small and medium size projects are numerous and impeccably executed.

There are 4 chapters in this book, Petite collection, Projects using traditional block patterns, Flower Appliques and Seasonal mini-quilts. More than 30 projects are featured, some of them can be completed in a few hours and some in a few days.

As usual, Yoko Saito chose to feature some unique items, such as Hat-shaped pouches, and shoe-shaped pouches, tiny sofa and chairs, puppy place mats, as well as traditional and very detailed quilts. Items to applique and quilt range from key-holder pouches, bags, table mats and table runners, pincushions, coin purses (on the cover), book covers, pencil cases, wall hangings, cafe curtains, around the world throw quilt, one project is more beautiful than another!

Detailed instructions with schematics, fabric requirements and explanations are provided.
