[WARE HOUSE "2002XX Early 1960's Paper Tag" 2nd Model Denim Jacket ]
This is the second model from the late 1960s.
The second type, which began in 1953, had a leather label and the pockets on the left and right were tilted.
This one has a paper label and the pockets look evenly balanced on the left and right.
The stitching for the pleats is also thinner, giving it a sharp impression. Since chain stitching was widely used at the time, the hem belt part is chain stitched on both the top and bottom.
Also, the vertical stitching on the front placket (button part) runs straight without turning.
In the early model, this part was switched to the side where the fabric overlapped. The interesting differences in details, such as the bardock where the rivet was abolished, show the changes in the era.
The denim is new No. 7 No. 7 denim with no shrinkage processing.
The bluish indigo shows the realistic look of a vintage denim jacket when the weft threads are exposed after washing.
